Seasonal Brews

REPLIC-ALE

An American Pale Ale brewed for the Indiana Microbrewer's Festival.  Several Indiana breweries used the same recipe & ingredients so the only difference would be yeast strains, brewing technique & water hardness.  Great hop flavor from the use of Cascade & Mt. Hood.

AND

SHEET METAL BLONDE Belgian-Style Wheat Ale

Light and refreshing with hints of coriander and orange peel, slightly

cloudy from using an authentic Belgian Witbier yeast.  Also

available in 12 & 22 oz bottles!

Coming Soon ...Whose Ear? Red Ale & Brass Knuckles Oatmeal Stout!

barrel obtained from Buffalo Trace Distillery.
